Cooking procedure
Put pan on stove and pour little quantity of oil, once oil gets heat put gongura and wait for 5 to 10 minutes colour of the gongura from raw status to cooked status, i.e. is from deep green to lite green status. Put this cocked gongura a side. And put pan on stove and pour 3 to 5 table spoons of oil. Once oil is heat put some shanagappu dhaniya and menthullu(for 1 kg of gongura put 100 gms of menthullu) Red chilies (dry) and a little quantity of hing (asafetida) once all this quantity is fried properly, Put all this quantity in a mixer, Pour some salt for taste and grind along with cocked gongura. now take 2 table spoon of oil and put avallu (mustards) zellakara (zira) menappapu onions some curry leaves and pour into the grinded gongura pachadi.
Now delicious gongura pachadi is ready
Cooking procedure
First clean gongura throughly. Take kandipappu wash it and pourwater for 1 cup of dall(kandipappu) pour 2 cups of water and place in coocker and put on stove, boil for untill unless of 2 or 3 whisels.
Now first litter stove and put vessel and pour some oil and all Thiragamata spices and some quantity of hing, chopped onions and put gongura leaves and boil it for 5 to 10 minutes now take coocked dall and pour into the coocked gongura and put some salt for taste and some turmeric powder and coock for 3 to 5 minutes and remove the vessel from stove.
Know delicious gongura papu is ready

Cookig Procedure
Put some turmeric powder, salt, and chopped radish in water and boil till it is cocked Remove water from the cooked radish and smash radish pieces add some chilly powder and place this aside.
Now take 2 cups of wheat flour (atta) and add some ghee salt and mix. (The mixture should be semi solid)Now Prepare small balls from this dough. Immerse these balls in wheat Flour and press like Puri. Now take smashed radish one tea spoon full and place it in center of puri and fold the puri from all sides and now press like chapatti and fry it on chapatti pan apply some oil while frying

Cooking procedure
Wash brinjals thoroughly cut into 4 piecies. Now lit stove and put fry pan and pour some oil. when oil is heated put cut brinjals in oil and take out, Put this aside
Now take basin into a bowl and add some salt, chille powder, and some water and mix properly this mixture should be in between semi solid and liquid status. Now put a fry pan on stove and pur some oil whe oil gets heated now take the brinjal which is coocked in the oil and put in the prepared basin and put in oil and fry it untill it gets into brown colour.
Mix water in the milk and boil it. Meanwhile grind elachi. take boiled milk and put some teapowder and boil for some time mix sugar and elachi powder when tea is heated, filter it with tea net and Pour into cups

Badam Powder-1.1/2 Tea SPoons
Tea Powder- 4 Tea Spoons
Badam Powder can be purchased from super market or dry the badam and grind it to powder. Mix water in milk and boil milk to certain time and mix teapowder. when tea is boiling Put sugar, badam powder ad wait for some time till it gets boilled it gets into saffron colour now remove from stove and filter it with net and take it into cups.

Rose Pettls-1 flower (Big)
Tea Powder- 4 Tea Spoons
Boil water in a tea vessel . After water boiled put some rose pettals and place lid. After 2 minutes pour some milk and add some sugar and teapowder and boil for 2 minutes now filter with net and take into cups. Rose tea is ready to drink
